You should have put your question on the wall , the answer would have been faster!

You click on " Recharge " in blue at the top right then on "see all the Recharge offers" then you copy your code in the "discount voucher" slot and you validate.

I think you are talking about the ゲームポイント offered by the newsletter
copy and paste your code
then you go into more ゲームクレジット
then see all top- Recharge offers
and bottom left "coupons"
