Very uninteresting "Prizes" unless you have thousands and thousands of points, very unmotivating..... As for ticking, it's impossible to have nothing unless you have only that to do... Never won anything here!!!!!
In short, not much to encourage, especially as the games get "complicated" at will by reducing the winnings more and more.
Couldn't there be a "small winnings" shop without falling into the eternal candles and key chains, and other worthless goodies?
It was one of my favorite sites but I am more and more demotivated and only come by a kind of inexplicable addiction.lol I still believe in Santa Claus!!!!

I would like to point out that I don't see any problem on your account, your prize is well validated and will be shipped in the coming days (shipments were suspended during the Christmas and New Year holidays). Maybe you have a display problem, but again, only Customer Service has full access to players' accounts and can answer these questions!

When you redeem your Madpoints for Prizes win Madpoints at the Tombola Sweepstake other possible games), you must wait for the administrator to validate them (up to 5 weeks as specified in the Rules and Regulations. I reassure you that it is usually very fast (- a week). You have nothing to do but wait. As soon as your prize is validated, you receive it a few days later.!
