Hi popper's ,I meet myself this same problem.....
Messages to customer service that has been unanswered for 1 month, and sometimes 2 months pending, it is not serious because we are informed that we will have an answer from them by email within 48 to 72 hours we are far from being late ,I lose patience because there is a total lack of seriousness on the part of customer service!!
however I am reassured to see that I am not the only one in this situation!!!
So message to customer service ,does the necessary !!
