I understand your disappointment, but nevertheless I answer one last time about this type of message:
* personal messages are not published here, it is not unwillingness on my part but 1- I am not authorized to respond to personal cases (not to mention that I simply do not have the time!) 2-person would not accept that this forum is flooded with personal problems that only interest the authors of the messages !
* the customer service is at your disposal, it always does its best to help you, even for problems (like yours) that we do not fully control. Whatever the answer he gives you, don't think you'll find better by referring to this forum, quite the contrary!
