concerned, I have no identification problems. I don't know where your problem may come from but have you tried to update the page? Wouldn't it come from your cookie acceptance configuration? Hi, I suggest you report your problem to customer service, they can certainly explain where the problem is. Maybe it's also a setting on your computer, if for example you block pop-up windows it's possible that it doesn't work. Good luck to you
