When you are on thehome page, on the left you have a link marked Julien Riddle you click on it - you arrive on a calendar, you click on the date of the day - going down a little on this page you will find a link with at the end of the line an icon you click on the icon and it will write "copied" then you go on the wall "tab at the top of the home page wall" - you make a message and you paste your link, members will click on it and you will have help (on your Julie Riddle page)
If you don't understand you post a message on the wall with your questions and you will always have someone to help you π
